What's included in the rental price?
The quoted price includes the vehicle, a licensed chauffeur, fuel, and all applicable taxes and fees. Everything is included for your convenience—there are no hidden charges.
How do I reserve a limousine?
To reserve, you may call us directly or complete our quote form online. After receiving your event details, we’ll send a contract for review. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, and a deposit may be requested for cash payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
All reservation deposits are non-refundable. In some cases, deposits can be transferred to a future booking. If a reservation is canceled due to safety violations such as underage drinking or smoking in the vehicle, services may be terminated immediately with no refund.
Can I consume alcohol in the limousine?
Yes, passengers aged 21 or older are permitted to bring and consume their own alcohol inside the vehicle. Chauffeurs do not provide alcohol due to legal restrictions. Underage drinking is not allowed under any circumstances.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No. All vehicles in our network are smoke-free. However, chauffeurs can schedule stops for passengers who wish to smoke during the trip.
Do chauffeurs require special licenses?
Yes. All chauffeurs driving vehicles with a capacity of 16 or more passengers are required to hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement. Additionally, all drivers must carry a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
